Local Pickup in Showroom?
At SLICED BANANA, we are excited to announce our transition from a traditional store to a showroom. This change means that local pick-up's will be possible within 10 days after making a purchase (often only within a couple of days).

our showroom is open for pick-up every monday from 14-18. sometimes we will be open for pick-up’s more than 1 time a week - this info you will be posted on our instagram @slicedbanana_
be aware that we can be closed some mondays due to sickness or vacation.


note: please bring your ordernumber and knock the door

All our orders are shipped with DAO to your nearest DAOshop within 48 hours and the delivery time is within 5 days.

You can always track your package using the order number you have received in the confirmation mail or text message. 

Where is our items from? 
All items at SLICED BANANA are carefully handpicked secondhand from Europe to create the ultimate and coolest 90 & 2000's style 4 you!
Every piece is double checked to guarantee you the best secondhand quality.
If an item has a flaw, it will be mentioned is description<3

Can I return an item?
Online returns are accepted within 14 days after the order was placed. The return costs are payed by the customer. We only accept returned packages directly to our store address at blågårdsgade 41, 2200 cph N.

The same rules apply when you choose local pick-up at our showroom. You have to pick/up your order within 14 days, if you want the chance to return.
When you pick-up your order, you can try everything in our showroom and decide if you want to keep the items or return.
When you leave the store, return is not possible.

You will not get your shipping costs refunded. The amount will be deducted from the total payment.

The items has to be in same condition as received, and the price tag must still be on the item (if not, we cannot accept it back).
If there are any signs of wear (smell, dirt and so on...) we do not accept the return.

You can choose your refund in store credit and support a small business or get the payment back same way you paid.

To start a return, you have to contact us via email: info@slicedbanana.dk or instagram.
When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It is not possible to return swimwear or underwear due to hygiene resons.

please note: if you order with local pick-up, your rights to return you will drop when you leave our showroom. we will always offer you to try the clothes, so you know if it’s the right fit
